Thank You, OPAI & Our Incredible Community!

Motorica India was proud to participate in the 29th National Conference of the Orthotics and Prosthetics Association of India (OPAI) in Ahmedabad — and we extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers and OPAI Director Mr. Dash for creating such a vibrant platform for innovation and collaboration in assistive technology.

Over three inspiring days, the conference brought together prosthetists, orthotists, rehabilitation specialists, researchers and technology leaders from across India and abroad to shape the future of assistive care.

Our program was truly comprehensive:

▶️At our booth, Motorica showcased advanced upper and lower limb prosthetic solutions designed to improve mobility, independence and long-term rehabilitation outcomes. We presented real-world case studies demonstrating how reliable, high-quality prosthetics transform everyday life for individuals with limb loss.

▶️Our clinical expertise was highlighted by Dr. Andrey Shumaev, Doctor of Rehabilitation at Motorica, who delivered a keynote session titled “Reactivating the Brain-Body Connection: The PNF Reboot in Upper Limb Rehabilitation.” The session focused on structured neurorehabilitation approaches that support effective prosthetic adaptation and sustainable functional recovery.

▶️We also conducted a specialised masterclass exploring real-life rehabilitation scenarios and personalised therapy programs before and after prosthetic fitting.

Across 15+ live sessions and hundreds of conversations, we explored topics ranging from rehabilitation breakthroughs and kinesio taping to digital prosthetics via photogrammetry and the launch of our Prosthetist Educational Program.

To every visitor who stepped into our booth, joined our sessions and shared ideas — thank you! You turned our space into a hub of meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

We left Ahmedabad not just with 500+ new connections, but with renewed purpose. India is at a pivotal stage in the evolution of prosthetic and rehabilitation services — and we are honored to contribute to this journey through innovation, education and clinical partnership.

Until next time — keep moving forward💚
