The prosthesis is a medical device made to individual orders. There are contraindications for use; specialist consultation is required.

Warranty and support

Any repair or maintenance is carried out by a certified center. Self-repair is not permitted.

The warranty covers any defects in your prosthesis if you have used it in accordance with the recommendations given in the user manual, during the warranty period.
The warranty period is 2 years and is calculated from the start of operation.

The start of operation date is the date of transfer of the prosthesis to you.
The prosthesis is accepted under warranty only together with the manual and product passport.
